Step 1
On the ‘Function Menu’
select ‘Renewal’ on the toolbar
select ‘Capture Renewal Declaration’ from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Declaration’ screen
enter ‘Paper’, ‘Telephone’ or ‘Digital’ as appropriate in the ‘Change Source’ field
select the ‘Process’ button
select the ‘Yes’ or ‘OK’ button for all warning messages. The computer will be updated with the actual income details for PY-1 that have been captured from the Annual Declaration (AD).
