Step 1
On the ‘Function Menu’
select ‘In Year Finalisation’ on the toolbar
select ‘Maintain IY Finalisation’ from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data screen
enter the customer’s NINO
select ‘OK’. You will be taken to ‘Household Details’ screen’.
If you are taken to the ‘Select individual’ screen
select the relevant individual that you need to work.
select ‘OK’. You will be taken to ‘Household Details’ screen’.
If you are taken to the ‘Select household’ screen
select the relevant household that you need to work
select ‘OK’. You will be taken to ‘Household Details’ screen’.
