Step 1
On the ‘Function Menu’
select ‘Household’ on the toolbar
select ‘View Account’ from the options available. You’ll be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data’ screen
enter the customer’s NINO
select the ‘All’ checkbox
select the ‘Payment Schedule’ checkbox
select ‘OK’.
If you’re taken to the ‘Select Award’ screen
select the relevant award
select ‘OK’. You will be taken to the ‘View Direct Payment Schedule’ screen
go to Step 2.
If you’re taken straight to the ‘View Direct Payment Schedule’ screen, go to Step 2.
Step 2
On the ‘View Direct Payment Schedule’ screen
select the relevant payment
check whether the ‘issued date’ is after the payment ‘due date’.
If the ‘issued date’ is after the payment ‘due date’ it is a URP Bacs payment.
Note: There should also be a Household Note stating that the payment was made by URP Bacs.
If the ‘issued date’ isn’t after the payment ‘due date’ it isn’t a URP Bacs payment.
