Step 1
On the ‘Function Menu’
select ‘Application’ on the toolbar
select ‘Capture Current’ from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data’ screen
enter the customer’s NINO
select ‘OK’. You will be taken to the ‘Applicant 1’ details screen
select ‘Sm’ from the toolbar. You will be taken to the ‘Summary Information’ screen. Any notes can be viewed on this screen in the ‘Application Notes’ field.
Note: Application Notes only appear on pre-award cases.
