Step 1
On the ‘Function Menu’
select ‘Award’ on the toolbar
select ‘View’ from the options available. You’ll be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data’ screen
enter the customer’s NINO
select the relevant checkbox
select ‘OK’.
If you’re taken to the ‘Select Individual’ screen
select the relevant claim
select ‘OK’. You’ll be taken to the ‘Award Summary’ screen
go to Step 2.
If you’re taken to the ‘Select Award’ screen
select the relevant award
select ‘OK’. You’ll be taken to the ‘Award Summary’ screen
go to Step 2.
If you’re taken straight to the ‘Award Summary’ screen, go to Step 2.
Step 2
On the ‘Award Summary’ screen, select ‘CTC’ in the ‘Tax Credit Type’ field to confirm the amount of Child Tax Credits the customer is in receipt of.
