Step 1
Access TBS
select ‘View Tax Payer Summary Details’
select ‘OK’
enter the customer’s NINO in ‘View Tax Payer Summary Details’
select ‘View’ on the toolbar
select ‘Designatory Details’ from the options available
the ‘Current Indicators’ box will contain a date of death for the customer.
