Step 1
Note: If you receive an error message informing you that you’re denied access to details for that customer, follow the guidance in TCM0068160
On the ‘Function menu’
select ‘Award’ on the toolbar
select ‘View’. You will be taken to the key entry data screen
enter the customer’s NINO
select ‘Latest’
select ‘OK’. You will be taken to the ‘View Award Summary’ screen
select ‘View Calculations’. You will be taken to the ‘View Calculations - Sterling’ screen
select ‘View Elements’. You will be taken to the ‘View Elements - Sterling’ screen
make a note of the elements that are currently in payment to the customer
select ‘Cancel’ three times to return to the key entry data screen
select the ‘All’ checkbox
select ‘OK’, and in the ‘Select Award’ screen
select the previous award version from the one you’ve just viewed
select ‘View Calculation’. You will be taken to the ‘View Calculations - Sterling’ screen
select ‘View Elements’. You will be taken to the View Elements - Sterling’ screen
compare the details of the previous award against the new award version.
