Step 1
On the ‘Function Menu’
select ‘Application’ on the toolbar
select ‘Change of Circumstances’ from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Amend Application’ screen
select ‘Household’ on the toolbar
select ‘Details’ from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Household Details’ screen
check the ‘Household End Reason’ field. This will tell you the reason for the household ending.
