Step 1

On the ‘Function Menu’

• select ‘Application’ on the toolbar

• select ‘Capture Current’ from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data’ screen

• enter the customer’s NINO

• select ‘OK’. You will be taken to the ‘Capture Application’ screen

• select ‘PM1’ or ‘PM2’ on the toolbar. You will be taken to the ‘Payment’ screen

• remove last digit of the sort code

• [Tab] out of the field

• re-enter the last digit into the sort code

• [Tab] out of the field

• the address should populate.

Note: If the address does not populate contact the customer.
