Step 1

On the ‘Function Menu’

select ‘IY Finalisation’ on the toolbar
select ‘Maintain UC Stop Notice’. You will be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data’ screen
enter the customers NINO
select ‘OK’
go to Step 2.

If you are taken to the ‘View Stop Notice’ screen, a stop notice has been recorded.

If you are taken to the ‘Create Stop Notice’ screen, no stop notice has been recorded.
