Step 1

Acess Child Benefit Service to check whether EC Regs applycator if ‘EC’ is shown in the ‘LOC Code’ field

  • access Child Benefit Service desktop icon

  • enter the customer’s NINO in the upper navigation bar and select ‘search’

  • check the customer’s name and address in the top left hand corner of the screen to ensure you select the correct customer details

  • select ’adjustments’ on the left hand side navigation bar

  • check whether EC Regs is selected.
