TCM1000465 | How to trace an individual using 'Trace Citizen'

Step 1

On the ‘Function Menu’

• select ‘Application’ on the toolbar

• select ‘Trace Citizen’ from the options available

• enter a minimum of two of the following

  • postcode

  • surname

  • first line of address

  • date of birth

• select ‘Search’.

Note: The computer will search the HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) databases to try and match the details with an individual.
