Step 1
On the ‘Function Menu’
select ‘Application’ on the toolbar
select ‘Change of Circumstances’ from the options available. You’ll be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data’ screen
enter the customer’s NINO
select the ‘All’ checkbox
select ‘OK’.
